mixed feelings about this hotel
cracked window poor communication
the hotel has a prime location near the kato promenade. that was acceptable.
I had a cracked window in my room. the room decor looked very tired. i was not told that i had to book dinner. There was poor communication . i really do not like that.

fresh options adult pools super clean room
the breakfast buffet included many fresh options the hotel has four pool areas i found two pools are reserved for adults only steps from the hotel provide direct sea access. i appreciated the super clean sea view terrace room housekeeping kept it very clean.
the air conditioning system in the hallway felt ineffective

The hotel provides complimentary sunscreen by the pool (so thoughtful!). i particularly enjoyed the convenient beach access and the fine sunset views from the room's balcony. the staff was always attentive and quick to address any requests.

i stayed in a superior sea view room it had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower the breakfast buffet had many choices with locally sourced fresh ingredients the ouzeri restaurant had a very nice setting and the a la carte options were very good

an amazing experience
attentive staff excellent location varied activities
The breakfast was really good, with attentive staff like mila who always made sure i had everything i needed (especially the fresh juices!). the location is excellent, right on the harbour, so it was easy to walk to different restaurants. the kids club was a great bonus. Mel and rose were so kind. they planned the days with lots of variety.
the hallways to the rooms could use better air conditioning.
